WD backup not recognising 1TB elements HD

The HD light is on. Have checked It is ‘allowed’ in Norton. I only purchased to day. Have rebooted PC, and am using Win 10.

Hi Patc,

The WD Backup doesn’t support Elements drive. You can go with the File History feature of Windows 10 to backing up your computer.
