WD Backup not backing up Network drives


New to WD Backup.

Running Windows 10. Connected the drive without problems. Started WD Backup v 1.2.5721. I click “Add Backup Plan”

Software says “Review your backup settings”. I choose WD Passport Ultra

Software says “Review your backup settings”.

At “Include Files” I choose “Edit Files”. Software says “Select Files to Backup”.

Under Computer I’m unable to see any drives connected to computer (C-drive etc.). However computer has a C-drive and is connected to a number of network drives.

How to enable software to backup network-drives?

WD Backup only copies files from local storage devices. Network shares and network locations are not supported at the time of this post.
