WD Backup needs to become more flexible

My response was, that you do not have a solution. I Wanted to remove old backed up files, without destroying the whole backup, so that the backup program could continue to back up the latest data.

It appears that I would need a hard drive capacity of at least 11 terabytes to keep my backup running, assuming a disc size of 2 terabytes and 5 versions. Is this correct?

I also appears that there is no concern from WD to make this happen, and only a full update to Acronis, or similar would work, and stop using the WD backup program.
