I click open on the desktop icon or on the WD Discovery Backup Open button and nothing happens. I have not had a backup since August 2nd and I don’t know why. using on PC. I can get to data in 8/2/19 backup but need to backup every day. I can’t get to backup for error logs. Help is appreciated. Thank you!
