earlier it was detecting the drive but when I erased my C drive and installed windows again the WD backup was not detecting my drive…I have tried all the solutions provided on the official WD website…but its not working… can anyone help me please…? or if anybody has the original setup of WD my passport Ultra, can send me the setup…
