WD Backup application error popup when shutdown Windows 10

After clicking shutdown button for Windows 10, An application error pop up for wdbackupservice.exe with code (0xc0000142) ? How can I fix it ?

If you highlight 0xc0000142 and right click on it, Ask Cortana, you should see several results for this. Hope this will help. See example image below.
