WD Backup and OneDrive

Using a WD portable drive and WD Backup. Everything is checked to backup, but when I go to see if all files are backed up, the OneDrive directories are empty. Is there a reason why it won’t backup any of these files?

I have the same, the latest version of SmartWare ommits the OneDrive directories. Super dumb.
