WD Backup (1.9.6598.18388) not found MyCloudEX2 on network

Hi,

After installation of WD BAckup, it does not found MyCloudEX2 on my network and only Dropbox is on the list.

Any solution?

Unfortunately, WD Backup doesn’t support My Cloud device. You can use WD SmartWare to backup My Cloud EX2 and may use below link to install it.
