This new software is available to download, but when I install it, it directs me to create a backup and the only option I have is through DROPBOX. I have My Book as my backup and that isn’t shown. Also when I select to sign in to Dropbox, there is nothing that happens. Therefore my new software install won’t continue and I “x” out.

Yes I am able to and I am using Windows 10 Pro 64.
