Hi Can you help

In November i purchased a WD My Passport

I installed WD Smartware and backed up my Acer Aspire laptop files .
Since November i have backed up a couple more times with no problems
Last week i installed the Windows Creators update

I then connected My Passport and clicked WD Backup but can not open the app
I have uninstalled and re installed WD Smartware with no success

Can you please advise

Hello,

On your post you mention WD Backup and WD Smartware.
Are you having issues with both or just one of them?

The problem is only with WD Back up
