I am running WD ATI 2013 on one W7 laptop, one W7 desktop, and one Vista desktop. These have all been running scheduled disk backups for many months. Now, my W7 laptop cannot even start the ATI program without becoming unresponsive. It just hangs up and I have to close it. I have tried:
- uninstalling the WD ATI program and reinstalling it. It does not even install without becoming unresponsive.
- Recovering to multiple back level disk images (using a WD ATI boot image on a USB thumb drive). No matter which image I restore from, the results are the same…unresponsive.
The only choice I seem to have now is to re-install Windows. Is there something else I can do to uninstall and re-install a 2013 WD ATI program that works?
