I have a “My Book Live” 2TB drive that has always connected to the WD apps on both my phone and tablet, however having recently upgraded both and re-installed the apps i can not connect to my drive/cloud as it is asking me to register and provide a number off the bottom of my devise which isn’t there.
How can i resolve this issue, either with these apps or is there an alternative app i can use that will work between android/sony software and MyBook Live.
