WD Anywhere Backup avoid the NAS to enter into the standby mode

Hi,

I have a Western Digital World Edition (white lights) and I use the WD Anywhere Backup software.
I have backup plans that are “Backup Complete” but I notice that ALWAYS the WD Anywhere Backup continues to make access to the NAS, event if the computer is not used for a long period of time.

It generates low traffic but enough to avoid the NAS to enter into the standby mode.
If I close the WD Anywhere Backup (using Quit) the traffic disappears.

There is a way to avoid generating this traffic?

No, the app is made that way to sync files in real-time. Uninstall WDAB if you have to.
