WD Anywhere Backup and Sleep

Hi There,

Just set up a new Windows 7 PC.   Since installing WD anywhere backup the PC won’t automatically go into sleep mode (it works if I press a button).  If I quit the software then it works.  Any ideas.

I’m using the latest version (4.50.6554)

still no joy after lots of searching.  does anyone else have this problem

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
