trying to create backup of C: drive to USB drive.
everything sets up fine and starts fine.
after a few minutes I get an error that a file could not be found
why?

Well this program is based on Acronis T I 2009 and is’t updated that often. This also only works with WD drives and yours may not be in the data base. Are you trying to create a disk image? Paragon, EaseUS, and Macrium all have free backup programs. They will backup but not do incremental backups and some other things in the paid versions.
