WD Acronis doesn't see the WD drive after Win 10 install

Replaced a failing hard drive on a computer with a 1 TB WD Blue which included an Acronis Drive Cloning Download.  Fine, the old drive was cloned and moved to the new drive.  I did a full Image while still in Win 7 and everything is good so far.  Updated to Win 10, wanted to make a new image but the software check does not see a WD drive and will not launch.  Any ideas?  Is the old image not accessible now?

At the time of this post Acronis True Image WD Edition has not been updated for Microsoft Windows 10. Try to change compatibility settings to Windows 8 or Windows 7 and see if it helps.
