WD Access Not Working

Hi all,

WD Access won’t install for me. I unzip the file and go through the installation process but the software never actually installs on my computer. I don’t get an error message or anything during the install, but it just doesn’t show up anywhere. I don’t have any firewall or antivirus blocking the install. I’m not sure what to do. Someone help!

Hi asinghal31,

You would see the WD Icon in the system tray and that is where you can access WD Access.

I am facing issue with WD Access on MAC macOS 10.14: Mojave

it is installed and open the first time but could not detect my drive, once closed it doesn’t open again

Did anyone find a answer to this?
I can install wd access to my windows 10 but can’t find anywhere (tray, programs, etc)

Same problem. WD accress is not opening on Mac: EL CAPITAN. Installed successfuly but not working. WD support??? Could you please solve this problem?
Also, I am not able to upload folders to MyCloud. I can only upload files. WD product has so many bugs.:hot_face:
