I am installing a WD MyCloud Ex2 Ultra. I’m using a Mac and downloaded the WD Access Software. After installation, I see the symbol in my menu, but when I click on it, there’s only 'About WD Access…" and “Quit”, nothing else. What’s wrong?

WD Support told me that the macOS is too new for it
Just curious: What for you need WD Access for, what you can not do with browser access/interface?
I try to keep my MacOS as lean as possible and do not install anything for a (real) reason.
btw: The avasta antivir in your menubar follows what purpose?
