WD Access cannot load

Hi - to try and deal with some problems I downloaded and installed WD Access, but it will not load?
I would like to see the control panel for mycloud Mirror 6TB on my PC so I can easily load files, but I cannot see anything like that?
I may have to just use it as a drag and drop external USB Drive, but that would be a waste.
Any ideas very welcome and sorry if these are dumb questions.

Hi vincemorris,

Well according to the issue, you want to access the control panel i.e the dashboard of you My Cloud. So, for that you can access it through the ip. Open the file explorer/My Computer, under the network you will see WDMYCLOUD and there you will see My Cloud under the storage section.From there you can access the dashboard of the My Cloud.
