WD Access App doesn't run on Windows 7

Using EX2 Ultra, and downloaded WD Access App from the WD Website with notification that it supports Windows 7 and even Vista, but when I run WD Setup, nothing happened at all. The setup doesn’t run, can anyone tell me why?

Try running the setup program as the Administrator. Also check the Windows settings and any security software settings to see if they block the installation of software.

I’ve tried both but it just had nothing appear on screen after I ran it.
