Hello all together!
My WD Passport Essential can not work on my laptop anymore, I just had a password for it then the system was down, the blue death screen appeared. Even I could not save any data to my new WD Passport Essential. I’m running on Dell 6000 Inspiron with Windows XP Home Edition 32bit. My system works well with any portable HDDs but this WD Passport. Any helps and suggesstion will be appreciated much.
