It seems the drive isn’t formatted properly. First, open Disk Management by pressing Win + X, then check if there’s unallocated space. If there is, create a new volume to use the full 5TB. If the drive shows errors, run CHKDSK by opening Command Prompt and typing chkdsk X: /f (replace X with your drive letter). Also, some drives come with preloaded software that could limit the capacity, so check the WD website for any necessary tools.
