WD 5000 SmartWare Drive locked without prompt

Hi,

We use an WD 5000BMVV, formated under Vista, with one partition, without encryption.
Last week we plug the HD, but Windows show us only one CD Rom UDF, and not the HD partition !

This virtual CDROM contains encryptions tools, that ask a password to unlock the drive.

The partition tools show an unpartitioned space of 500 Go

Try using it with a different user account like the guest account and on another computer. There is no master reset or work around if that doesn’t work.
