I have a WD Black WD4003FZEX Drive which had been lying around for a couple of years, I connected the drive today and speeds on the drive are in the ranges of 165-175 Mbps (Read) and 41-42 Mbps (Write).
Tested using CrystalDiskMark and also directly copied from another drive. Also tested the Drive with different cables and on different boards with same result. CrystalDiskInfo gives the drive a clean bill of health and so does WD Sentinal which shows 100% health.
I could not seem to find causes for the drive to act in this way or any solution to fix the issue so hoping that someone here might be able to help. Thanks.
