I am having an issue with 4 TB WD easystore. I plug it into my personal laptop & the drive is detected by WD software I have installed. But it shows as Disk F and nothing else. It doesnt display in My Computer, size of the HDD or how much is used. And if i try to right click, the screen hangs but the remaining applications works just fine. The HDD LED is on and blinking. Cannot access HDD even through the WD softwares.
Same issue when i connect to my official laptop (with no WD software).
I have tonnes of data on this and cannot afford to lose it. PLEASE HELP!!!
