WD 3200AAKS-00L9A0 Caviar blue smart status fail

have problem with this drive : WDC WD 3200AAKS-00L9A0 Caviar blue 320 Gb.

When I launch DataLife Guard, SMART status result “Fail” . I try to do a Quick test, but some errors occour (status code=04 ; failure checkpoint=96) .

I have attached all screen-shot of result tests.

I would know if this is a problem where replace drive (RMA) is accepted.

Your drive has exceeded the maximum allowable number of reallocated sectors (current value is less than threshold). It will definitely qualify for an RMA.

The actual number of bad sectors will be reported by more comprehensive SMART diagnostic software.
