I just bought new WD 320 GB external hard drive when i tried to install & partition it …its showing just 614 MB capacity now…what to do now?
Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

You are looking at the VCD, not the main drive… WD Passport installs 2 drives, 1 319GB-disk and 1 “virtual CD-ROM” on 614 MB…
The one you want is called “My Passport” by default and is on another drive letter than the VCD…
