1.Passport takes too long to be detected by some systems
2. The Decrypter does not decrypt my passport instead the decrypter exits automatically and if I run it again, and enter my password, it will diplay a message telling me to run the program again from the drive. Please I need Help with this problem cos I . . . Can anyone Help me please?

I recommend you contact WD support directly for assistance with this.
You can also try installing WD security and trying to unblock the drive.
