WD 2go - Registration E-Mail not received

I have a My Book Live Duo 4Gb, I’ve enabled ‘remote Access’ with Connection status showing ‘connected’ UpnP.

I have working WD 2go Mobile on Apple devices, but I am having issues setting up Web Access.

In Web Access I’ve successfully register a user and get ‘Registration E-Mail Sent’.  But no matter what email account I use (used 3 different accounts) I never receive an email?

Is there something I’ve missed?

Does the email come from my ‘My Book’ or from a WD web server?
