I’m not yet a customer but one thing that is a deal breaker…after you map a drive does it stay mapped after a reboot?

when mapping check the box that reads " reconnect at logon"

thanks for the reply.   This is the same even for remote access across the web?

yes… the unit is mapped on the computer so I does not matter from where you access
