Hi I’m wondering if anyone else has come across this problem I have transferring files from my Mac to the hardrive. I have a Mac book 2010, the mac recognises the harddrive and I can open things that I’ve saved on it from my pc but I can’t transfer any new files from my mac onto the hardrive. I also tried it with my friends exact same harddrive to check if it’s just mine that is faulty but the same thing happened.
Anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
The drive appears to be formatted for Windows
the Mac will read it but wont be able to write to it
you can use http://macntfs-3g.blogspot.com/
this app will allow you to write to the drive and avoid formatting
