WD 1.5T Elements not registering on Media centre

Hi I have recently bought a 1.5T wd elements. It comes up on my Mac and I can add and remove files from the hard drive, but when I then plug it into my WD media player, it wont register and it just says please insert a USB device.

I have disabled journaling, so this is not the problem. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi dude!!! Which one of the many media players is the one you have? Are you able to provide the model number?

They may not be compatible…
