Warranty status question

Today I registered 6 WD RED 5.0 TB drives and when I went to check on them I notice some had “Out of Region” whereas the rest had “IN Warranty”. Can someone tell me what the “Out of Region” means?

It means the hard drive was imported from a different country instead of being directly supplied by WD for your particular region.

if so, is it a problem for me because of the warranty when it´s defekt?

It depends where you bought it. If it was a certified retailer you can still have access to warranty services, but you may have to contact WD Support instead of processing a request online.
