I submitted the case 2 business days ago but till today receved no reply.
The drive is clearly labeled as a PLUS with 5 years warranty, yet in the WD registration its only a WD Red - so clearly not correct in your system.
As I need the drive I just like to ask to check the Ref# as I input all info there (pic of label, DriveDX report) and send me a RMA by email.
