Warranty for scorpio black

Hello,

I bought WD scorpio black with warranty up to 2017. 

He crashed, so I create RMA ADVANCED. They charged  my credit card (140$).

Today, I recevied packged with drive.

But…

This drive is RECERTIFIED!!! and warranty ends 2013-11-08

What should I do? I want new drive with warranty up to 2017.

Hi the drives they send are always refurbished drives nothing you can do about that. On a advanced RMA they should not charge your card for 30 days that gives you time to return the drive but once they receive the defective drive it will be refunded. Also once they receive your old drive the warranty will change to 2017 on the drive they sent you.
