Hello, I’ve got a problem with a caviar blue (1tb) I’ve purchased on amazon in february 2015. It already started to have few damaged blocks at the beginning of the drive and I wanted to know if this was covered by warranty. I tried to contact the support by mail but it gives me this error everytime I try to submit the mail: 26472350. I’m from Italy.
