Warranty Claim - USB Cable

My USB cable was faulty. I raised a ticket for warrantly claim. Mr. Shah from customer support replied that they would despatch it last week. I waited till friday since no use, I asked in ticket whether it has been shipped. All i receive a reply is

Thank you for contacting Western Digital

Request forwarded to concern department.

Again i ask what is the status of shipment again i receive reply

Again i ask, I get no proper response. Does Western Digital have a higher authority to contact apart from customer service in India

Everytime I ask him a question, he replied and closes my Ticket/Incident without giving me a reply. He just says request forwarded and closes my support ticket :(.

Any one has a email id / contact of higher official

Nobody … any help ???

Did you try contacting by phone? Several people here have posted about getting new cables sent to them.

Not just once, several times.

All my calls, I was put to almost 2 hours hold and terminated.

Inspite few days back, i took leave from office and spend half day just trying to reach customer service on phone. I heard their call hold message a 100000 times

I got someone in customer relations, mr freiter, he is pretty polite and responding promptly to me today and they have assured to fix this for me now. Seeing some hope now and waiting for it to be true
