Warning message - login not authorized

Hi, I had 2 Myclould 3TB connected at a home network & the android mobile work perfectly. But the windows 10 can’t login through the web & give the error message “login not authorized”. I can access the 2 mycloud with the internal network without any problem. Anyone can give me some suggestion to solve this problem.

I’m taking it that you still have both of them! How long have you had the Windows 10 PC and did you give it Cloud Access in the Dashboard?

Yes, both all them work good in my android mobile & cloud access in dashboard are normal, through network copy, delete, etc. is ok. Only web access in windows 10 cannot, This problem may be happened after updated windows form 8 to 10. Any solution?
