As a Dutch citizen, I cannot use Pandora, neither Live386. But I can use Spotify.
Is it possible to add Spotify to the WD?
I agree that you can’t use Pandora but are you sure that you can’t use Live365. Obviously to get any meaningful stations would mean paying to become a VIP but I can’t see that Live365 is geographically limited. If spotify were added you would also have to pay for premium access.
With Spotify I have free access to all music available in a legal way. Only downside of it, is a commercial after several played tracks.

I believe that is only true on a computer if you use something like a phone etc then you have to get a premium account which costs 9.99 euros.
Spotify is not an option on the LIve at present.
