Waiting on RMA for 12TB Duo

I emailed support on 5-30 & only today got a phone number for general support to return my 12 TB Duo that died. Why does it tale so long to get an email from support? If the intent was to have me call general support why wasn’t that provided in the 1st email. Better yet supply the number on the RMA website when the procedure turns up an error.

The website to create RMAs doesn’t work and I have nothing to show for my efforts for the last 6 days. If the drive hadn’t cost so much I would simply discard it.
