Dear western digital I reported 96 high risks found on my SAN and 199 medium risks according the CVE database. I send a detailed report and was told to look at the website for any updates of the firmware. But until now no news on this topic. Its now almost 2 months so can you please give me an update?

This is not fair. Security issues has a different team . Still one need to create a case which cant be treated high priority.
Make it serious. this has to be responded immediately from information security team. it needs to be thoroughly investigated.

That’s what I did end of September and support said to keep an eye on the website. Until now no new version. They could/would not give me an update when a new firmware would be implemented.
For now I took my EX2 of the internet due to the issues found!
