Vudu in EU with unblock service?

How does the WD TV Live work with eg. Vudu if I buy a EU unit? Will Vudu be on the unit, or do I need a US unit to even have the app?

Or are most apps already on the unit, and I can only use the ones for my region unless I use a unblock service?

Unfortunately unblock services are not supported. Some of the users here might give you some advice on this.
