Volume Offline

I created a vVol on my ex2 ultra… it connects fine, you can map it. You can copy to the volume. The moment I start a back up from my PC, the volume continuously disconnects and reconnects. This is happening over and over and over. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, there are no error messages on the thing, the network connection is fine. I really need help or I’m going to have to buy a different NAS device.
