Volume generally too high

Hi everybody,

volume of youtube and movies stored in my hard drive is generally too high when played through WDTV Live, please is it there a way to lower it a bit?

The wdtv remote doesn’t have volume control, but if you have a smartphone, you can download the wd remote app, and control the wdtv volume from there.

Are you using HDMI / Analog / or Toslink for audio?

Also, for the movies it could be the way it is encoded.  This is noticable when it is not every move but on some of them.
