Volume Failure After Update


Appears I experience I have a volume failure right at the same time as a firmware update according to the logs. The disk checks show the disk is still good. Does anyone have any suggestions, or is the data gone for good?

any suggestions on trying to recover from this? or should I just rebuild the volumes.
