a. I bought a MyCloud EX4 , and initially i populated only slot 1 & 2 with 8T discs.
b. Slots 1 & 2 were reconfigured as RAID1 , formed VOl_1 and are accessible in PUBLIC folder.
c. Later i added hard drives (8T) in slots 3 & 4 , reconfigured as RAID1 and formed VOL_2.
I cannot find a way to get access to VOL_2. Please help. (In the WEB interface, VOL_2 appears and is reported OK).
When you create a new share, it should ask you which volume you want to use for it.
