I have a mycloud home that I’ve been using for a couple of years now. When I first got it, I had no issues accessing all the files using VLC. It would load up instantly every time when I browse the folders.
Recently it is stuck on loading for a good 10 minutes to start accessing. Then randomly sometimes when I am playing a video for example. It loses connection then have to go through the hole process again.
This issue happens with different phones. However not on the android tv box where its instant. On the windows PC its instant too.
From reading around, only thing I could find was changing a ‘prefer SMB1’ option in VLC. It makes no difference.
Any ideas ?
