I must admit that with the outstanding customer service I have been shown in light of this post I have nothing left to be dissatisfied with. My jaw is on the floor. I will just say that my faith is definitely restored in the brand and I won’t hesitate to purchase further WD products. Thanks guys. And my apologies for doubting you.
