VirtualHere upgrade to 4.18 but doesnt upgrade?

First post here, recently got VirtualHere installed and using it well, but found that VH is now on version 4.18, while the version on MyCloud EX2ultra is still on 4.02

Tried manually updating to 4.18 but MyCloud says ‘updating’ but then doesnt actually update.

Anyone else have same problem or is there a way to put the new version up ‘manually’ via a console method instead of the WD MyCloud web dashboard?

@fresha you’ll need to contact VirtualHere since they have the source and compile the binaries for their supported NAS products.
