Vides only showing H-Z

I have some movies copied to the drive, but when I view the videos with the device, they start at H and go to Z.  A-G is not showing.

If I browse the media device from a computer, it shows all of them.

How can I get the WDTV Hub to show all videos from A-Z?

Clear the media library.

Another issue, and maybe that solution will work for it too, but I copied some more files to the drive through the network.  I created a folder called TV shows, and in the hub it shows a second Sample media folder and duplicated of all the sample media files.  There is no TV shows folder showing.

However, again, it shows just fine on a PS3 and PC.
